Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for Germany and Austria with potential expansion to other countries.
• Prepare by-law mandatory payroll documents and registrations according to local laws.
• Adhere to payroll cut-off dates and align with providers and business partners.
• Coordinate year-end payroll processes and generate tax statements and compliance reports.
• Update payroll data to reflect changes in legislation and FX rates for salary payments.
• Act as primary payroll contact for employees, tax authorities, and benefits providers.
• Deliver month-end payroll reports to Finance and support accounting reconciliation.
• Participate in Global Payroll Transformation and payroll process improvements.
• Collaborate with The People Team and Finance to maintain a high-quality payroll service.
