VB Spine, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team on-site in Poland. You will manage daily AR activities, reconcile customer accounts, and support credit risk assessments while ensuring data accuracy and timely collections.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting, fluent English and Polish, and at least three years in AR. JD Edwards or other ERP experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role.
• Fluent in English and Polish with excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of AR processes including collections, cash application, and credit management.
• Experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards (JDE) is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable activities with accuracy and timely execution.
• Perform customer account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items.
• Support credit risk assessments based on customer payment and order history.
• Analyze AR balances, aging reports, unapplied payments, and key AR indicators.
• Manage end-to-end collection process including follow-up on overdue balances and dispute resolution.
• Ensure accurate customer master data.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Handle complex AR matters and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Perform month-end closing activities and prepare supporting documentation for journal entries.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Identify and support AR process improvements and automation.
