Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. seeks an Accounts Receivable professional to handle customer communications by phone and email, perform cash collection, and support the AR cycle. You will manage open items, assist with cash application, and review credit limits as part of order release processes.

You will also process refunds, prepare routine financial reports, and liaise with internal teams. Strong English and Czech, MS Office skills, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing position.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Czech at C1 level and English at C1 level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and self-management.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Cash Application processes.
• Willingness to perform voice collection activities.
• Knowledge of AX, Oxaion or MS Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handling communication with customers via phone and e-mail, including responding to queries and requests
• Conducting cash collection activities and following up on outstanding payments
• Managing open items and supporting the Cash Application process
• Performing Order Release and Credit Limit review activities
• Processing and coordinating customer refunds
• Supporting the AR team in maintaining payment methods
• Preparing regular daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Maintaining ongoing e-mail communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Cooperating with other departments and internal teams to ensure smooth processes
