VB Spine, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team on-site in Poland. You will manage daily AR activities, reconcile customer accounts, and support credit risk assessments while ensuring data accuracy and timely collections.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting, fluent English and Polish, and at least three years in AR. JD Edwards or other ERP experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.

• Solid understanding of AR processes including collections, cash application, and credit management.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Perform customer account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items.
• Support credit risk assessments based on customer payment and order history.
• Analyze AR balances, aging reports, unapplied payments, and key AR indicators.
• Manage the end-to-end collection process, including follow-up on overdue balances, customer communication, dispute resolution, and timely escalation of collection issues.
• Ensure accurate customer master data.
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Handle complex AR matters, provide guidance to team members, and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and preparation of supporting documentation for journal entries.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
• Identify and support process improvements, standardization, and automation within AR.
• Participate in Finance projects and implementation of new processes and systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

What You Bring:

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
• Fluent in English and Polish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable processes, including Collections, Cash Application, and Credit Management.
• Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in an on-site office environment and contributing to a team-oriented culture.
