Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure in Kraków is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our hybrid team. You will drive collections, monitor overdue balances, and support cash flow across EMEA, while partnering with Sales, Commercial and Finance to resolve issues and improve processes.

You'll maintain accurate records in finance systems, prepare receivables reports, and contribute to month-end close activities. Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP (D365) are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and collections in a fast-paced or multinational environment is required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Proficient in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) and advanced Excel/reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the collection of outstanding accounts receivable across the EMEA region.
• Identify overdue balances and drive timely collection activities.
• Maintain relationships with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes efficiently.
• Follow up via email, phone, and other channels to recover receivables.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Customer Success and Finance to improve collection outcomes.
• Prepare regular aging and collection reports for leadership.
