ARBEX in Kraków, Poland is seeking a Collections Expert to manage a diverse South Africa customer portfolio with a focus on timely payments and accurate reconciliation. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve delinquencies and strengthen financial processes.

The role emphasizes strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in Order-to-Cash or collections within a multinational context. Hybrid work with a Poland-based office is available.

• Proven experience in Collections or Order-to-Cash environments.
• Strong communication, influencing, and decision‑making skills with a proactive mindset.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Manage South Africa’s customer portfolio end-to-end, including collections and claims coordination.
• Engage with customers by phone and email to drive timely payments and maintain strong relationships.
• Analyse account data, identify root causes of overdue items, and implement corrective actions.
• Reconcile accounts, propose write-offs, and support VBR releases and claims allocations.
• Monitor and report on key financial indicators, including over-limit customers, aged debt, and past-due contributors.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Pricing & Rebates, and Finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
