Job summary

Sollers Consulting GmbH is seeking a capable IT consultant to join our consulting or implementation teams on financial sector projects, especially insurance. You will conduct complex business analysis, define requirements, and support UATs while collaborating with developers and IT architects daily.

In this role you will coordinate Agile projects, mentor juniors, and actively own your topics within an international team, embracing a proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT projects for the financial sector (insurance or bancassurance preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English and German (C1+).
• Experience in international teams.
• Familiarity with insurance business processes.
• Ability to learn quickly in an international environment.
• Eligible to work in Poland/EU full-time.

About the requirements. You need:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.


• Familiarity with insurance business processes.


• Experience delivering IT solutions as a part of an international team.


• To be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems.


• Ability in applying analytical thinking and synthesis to present results of your work.


• Ability to learn quickly in a friendly but challenging international environment.


• To be able to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.


• At least a bachelor’s degree.


• Great command of English and German language (at least C1).

About the wishes. Nice to haves:

• Experience working in consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance.


• Are able to demonstrate leadership and team management skills and take responsibility for team results.


• Good knowledge of German or French.


• While having the main office in Poland, you want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 50% of your work time .
