Job summary

Sollers Consulting is seeking a Payroll Specialist to design and refine payroll processes across international teams. You will partner with local tax offices and coordinate salary payment workflows while maintaining accurate employee master data.

The role requires cross-country collaboration and strong English and German communication skills. In a fast-paced IT environment, you will drive payroll initiatives, ensure data confidentiality, and support employees with payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll & HR experience (including international payroll)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced IT organization
• Strong self-organization and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proactive driver of payroll initiatives

• Fluent English (C1) and German (C1)

Responsibilities

• Co-create payroll processes and policies from scratch across multiple countries
• Act as the primary contact for local tax offices in countries of operation
• Coordinate strategic payroll processes, e.g., salary payment workflows
• Maintain and prepare employee master data in internal systems
• Serve as the point of contact for employees’ payroll inquiries

Job description

In our team, we focus on payroll processes like salaries, benefits, all employees' regulations and agreements. We are a first contact for new employees to help them with all the formalities.

About the role. You will:

• Co-create payroll processes & policies from the scratch in countries all over the world including research and proposing recommendations of solutions.
• Be the point of contact for local tax offices in the countries where we operate.
• Coordinate strategic processes in the payroll area for assigned countries, e.g. salary payment process.
• Maintain and prepare employee master data in internal systems, ensuring consistent data quality, e.g. employee documentation, preparing contracts and annexes etc.
• Act as the point of contact for employees' payroll-related inquiries.

About the requirements. You need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll & HR area (preferably some part of experience in international payroll).
• Openness to new challenges and curiosity in deepening payroll-related topics
• To be able to work in fast paced IT organization and ability to adjust to changing environment.
• Good self-organization skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• To act as a driver for various initiatives within payroll area.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Analytical skills, sense of responsibility and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Cooperation with other internal teams to achieve common goal.
• Great command of English language (C1 level), being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers.
• Great command of German language (C1 level) being fully confident collaborating with German native speakers.
• Excellent MS office skills (Excel is a must).
