Job summary

Sollers Consulting in Poznań seeks an experienced IT project professional to join our consulting or implementation team on financial sector projects, especially insurance. You will coordinate Agile implementations, lead workshops, and mentor team members while working closely with developers and IT architects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
• Understanding of how insurers and banks operate and their core processes.
• Experience in functional design of IT solutions and IT implementations.
• Creative, resourceful and proactive in solving problems.
• Ability to ensure quality of deliverables with analytical thinking.
• Experience in team management and responsibility for team results.
• EU work eligibility and ability to work in Poland full-time.
• Proficient English (C1 level).

• Be a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies
• Coordinate small, Agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area
• Lead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions and mentor less experienced team members
• Act as a team leader, facilitating workshops and driving communication as needed by the project
• Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis
• Act as a Scrum Master with an option to develop as an Agile Coach
• Support B2B sales activities by preparing RFPs and presentations
• Act as Relationship Manager/Account Owner for specific clients

About the requirements. You need:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment
• Understanding how insurance companies or banks work, being familiar with their key processes and business models
• Experience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations
• To be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems
• Ability to ensure quality of the deliverables of your team, by applying analytical thinking and synthesis skills
• Experience in team management and taking responsibility for team results
• Ability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis
• At least a bachelor’s degree
• Great command of English language, at least C1 level
