Job summary

Aftera is seeking an Analog / Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join our Warsaw team, working on high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs for power management and amplifiers. You will be involved from architecture through verification and silicon support in a small, collaborative group.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analog/mixed-signal design, strong device physics knowledge, and hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in analog IC design.
• Experience in power management ICs and amplifiers.
• Proficient with circuit simulations and verification.
• Ability to work in a small, cooperative team.
• Experience with advanced process nodes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs for power management.
• Develop transistor-level analog building blocks (LDOs, references, amplifiers).
• Contribute to RF and mixed-signal blocks when applicable.
• Perform pre- and post-layout simulations (AC, DC, transient, Monte Carlo).
• Drive verification and collaborate with layout engineers.
