You will shape hardware architecture, drive critical decisions, and mentor engineers from concept to mass production.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc degree in Electronics, Radio Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven commercial experience in hardware development.
• Advanced circuitry knowledge: deep analog and high-speed digital electronics.
• Embedded systems with microcontrollers; proficiency in C/C++ for validation and bring-up.
• ECAD mastery with Altium Designer, including HDI routing.
• EMI/EMC mitigation techniques for CE/FCC readiness.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of digital, analog, and mixed-signal hardware.
• Architect system-level hardware and select components based on cost and performance.
• Design multi-layer PCBs with focus on SI, PI, and EMC/EMI compliance.
• Conduct measurements, debug hardware issues with lab equipment.
• Develop DFT/DFM guidelines for new products.
• Review schematics and PCB layouts; mentor engineers.
