Job summary
SQUAD in Wrocław, Poland, seeks an experienced Electronic Engineer to lead hardware development for low/medium power electronics, precision measurement systems, and high-speed digital design.
You will shape hardware architecture, drive DFx, mentor juniors, and push designs from concept to mass production, with CE/FCC readiness and DFM focus.

Qualifications
- Degree in Electronics or closely related field.
- 5+ years of commercial hardware development experience.
- Strong analog and digital circuitry knowledge.
- Experience with microcontroller-based embedded systems and C/C++.
- Expert in Altium Designer and HDI/copper routing.
- Experience with EMI/EMC mitigation and CE/FCC prep.
- English level at least Upper-Intermediate.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of digital, analog, and mixed-signal devices.
- Architect hardware solutions based on cost, performance, and availability.
- Design multi-layer PCBs with focus on SI, PI, EMC/EMI.
- Perform advanced measurements and debug with high-end lab tools.
- Develop DFT/DFM guidelines for new products.
- Review schematics and PCB layouts with the team.
- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
