Sii Poland is seeking an experienced AI strategy consultant to help clients unlock business value from AI. You’ll run discovery workshops, build business cases, and define roadmaps connecting AI capabilities to measurable outcomes.

You’ll engage with CFO/COO stakeholders and mentor teams across business and technical domains. With a strong consulting background and deep knowledge of AI/ML, you’ll shape go-to-market strategies for AI services and help clients navigate technology choices, risks,

Qualifications

• >5 years in management consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or technology advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts; know what’s possible, expensive, and risky.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, structure ambiguous problems, and deliver clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience building business cases and scoping technology initiatives, including effort estimation and ROI analysis.
• Comfortable translating between business and tech and maintaining credibility on both sides.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and fluent Polish are required.
• Residing in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Run AI discovery and opportunity assessments with clients to identify real problems where AI adds value.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to map processes, uncover pain points, and prioritize AI use cases.
• Build business cases for AI initiatives with impact, cost estimates, risk analysis, and timelines.
• Define AI adoption roadmaps that connect to the client’s broader digital transformation and strategy.
• Assess organizational and data readiness and outline prerequisites for success.
• Contribute to Sii’s go-to-market strategy for AI, shaping service offerings and market positioning.
• Draft and present proposals and RFP responses with technical and strategic sections.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and translate insights into actionable client recommendations.
• Work closely with AI Architects and Engineers to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and deliverable.
