Sii Poland is seeking a senior AI strategy consultant to drive discovery, business cases, and roadmaps that tie AI capabilities to real business outcomes. You will run workshops with client stakeholders and shape go-to-market AI offerings, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure feasible, credible plans.

The role requires deep business understanding, the ability to translate into market-ready proposals, and fluent English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in management consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or technology advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts — understand capabilities, costs, and risks.
• Proven ability to run workshops, structure ambiguous problems, and deliver clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience building business cases and scoping technology initiatives, including effort estimation and ROI analysis.
• Comfortable translating between business and technology without losing credibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication — you’ll produce many documents and proposals.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and fluent Polish; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Run AI discovery and opportunity assessments with clients — identify where AI solves real problems vs. where it’s a solution looking for one.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to map processes and prioritize AI use cases by value and feasibility.
• Build business cases for AI initiatives: expected impact, cost estimates, risk analysis, and realistic timelines.
• Define AI adoption roadmaps that connect to the client’s broader digital transformation and business strategy.
• Assess organizational and data readiness and communicate what needs to happen before any AI project can succeed.
• Contribute to Sii’s go-to-market strategy for AI — help define service offerings and market positioning with sales and delivery leadership.
• Write and present the technical and strategic sections of proposals and RFP responses.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and translate relevant trends into actionable client advice.
• Work closely with AI Architects and Engineers to ensure proposals are technically sound and deliverable.
