Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced AI strategy consultant who will run discovery workshops, assess AI readiness, and build business cases linking AI capabilities to real business outcomes. You will shape go-to-market strategies and present credible analyses to CFOs/COOs while engaging with AI architects and engineers to ensure feasible solutions.

You’ll work across diverse client projects, delivering roadmaps that connect AI initiatives to broader digital transformation and strategic goals,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, digital transformation or technology advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and what is feasible, expensive, and risky.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and deliver clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience building business cases, scoping technology initiatives, and ROI analysis.
• Able to translate between business and technology with credibility on both sides.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Run AI discovery and opportunity assessments with clients to identify real problems and viable AI use cases.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to map processes and prioritize AI initiatives.
• Build business cases with expected impact, cost estimates, risk analysis, and timelines.
• Define AI adoption roadmaps aligned with the client’s digital transformation strategy.
• Assess organizational and data readiness and outline prerequisites for AI projects.
• Contribute to Sii’s go-to-market strategy for AI, shaping service offerings and market positioning.
• Prepare and present proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Stay updated on AI capabilities and translate insights into actionable client recommendations.
• Collaborate with AI architects and engineers to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable.
