Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland seeks a Manager/Senior Manager for AI & Data Consulting to shape analytics and AI strategy for large enterprises. You will own outcomes, lead high-caliber teams, and influence how clients adopt AI responsibly and effectively.

You will engage executives, define data and AI products, and drive delivery from platform to production, ensuring measurable value and adoption across deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the data, analytics, and/or AI domain.
• 3+ years in product, delivery, consulting, or presales roles.
• Preference for 5+ years in Life Sciences, CPG & Retail, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, or Automotive.
• Experience managing data products across the full lifecycle.
• Experience managing AI products and understanding differences from analytics products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with executive stakeholders to discover data, analytics, and AI opportunities.
• Define success measures and track value realization post go-live.
• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements and ensure client satisfaction.
• Define human oversight for AI products and production operations.
• Assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver MVPs and production-grade products.
• Mentor clients and teams on data, analytics, and AI product best practices.
• Collaborate with account managers to grow and retain strategic relationships.
• Support proposals, RFXs, and client presentations.
