Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a strategic AI business advisor who will translate client needs into actionable AI initiatives. You won’t write code day-to-day; you’ll run discovery workshops, assess AI readiness, build business cases, and define roadmaps that connect AI capabilities to real business outcomes.

You’ll shape Sii’s go-to-market strategy for AI services, help package and position offerings, and present credible recommendations to CFOs and COOs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or technology advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience building business cases and scoping technology initiatives, including ROI analysis.
• Comfortable translating between business and technology without losing credibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Run AI discovery and opportunity assessments with clients.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to map processes and AI use cases.
• Build business cases for AI initiatives: impact, costs, risk, timelines.
• Define AI adoption roadmaps aligned to digital transformation strategy.
• Assess organizational and data readiness for AI projects.
• Contribute to Sii’s go-to-market strategy for AI offerings.
• Write and present proposals and RFP responses.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and market trends.
• Collaborate with AI Architects and Engineers to ensure deliverability.
