Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned AI strategy consultant in Wrocław to lead discovery, define roadmaps, and build business cases that connect AI capabilities to real business outcomes. You will shape Sii’s AI go-to-market and work with CFO/COO-level stakeholders to drive tangible value.

You’ll run workshops, assess readiness, and translate complex technical concepts into credible client recommendations while partnering with AI architects and engineers to ensure feasible solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or tech advisory.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and capabilities.
• Proven ability to run workshops and present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience building business cases, scoping tech initiatives, and estimating effort/ROI.
• Able to translate between business and technology with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Run AI discovery and opportunity assessments with clients to identify real problems.
• Facilitate workshops with business and tech stakeholders to map processes and prioritise AI use cases.
• Build business cases with impact, cost estimates, risk, and timelines.
• Define AI adoption roadmaps aligned to digital transformation strategy.
• Assess data readiness and organizational prerequisites for AI projects.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy for AI offerings with sales and delivery teams.
• Draft technical and strategic sections of proposals and RFP responses.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and translate trends into client guidance.
• Collaborate with AI architects and engineers to ensure deliverable feasibility.
