Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned AI strategy consultant to drive discovery, assess AI readiness, and define roadmaps that link AI capabilities to real business outcomes. You’ll build compelling business cases, present to CFO/COO levels, and shape Sii’s AI service offerings for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or technology advisory.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience building business cases and ROI analysis.
• Fluent English and Polish; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Run AI discovery and opportunity assessments with clients.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Build business cases for AI initiatives with ROI analysis.
• Define AI adoption roadmaps aligned to digital transformation.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy for AI services.
• Write and present proposals and RFP responses.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and market trends.
• Collaborate with AI Architects and Engineers to ensure deliverability.
