Qualifications

5+ years of IT operations, site reliability, platform engineering or cloud infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

Take technical ownership of reliable, secure and scalable cloud and AI-enabled services.
Define and improve observability, monitoring, and incident readiness with a focus on Google Cloud.
Design and implement AI-enabled environments and agentic workflows.
Translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions.
Provide expert guidance to users and engineering teams.
Own the lifecycle of development, test and production platforms.
Drive architecture decisions balancing security, governance and value.
Collaborate across Nordea teams globally.
