Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp is seeking an AI Specialist in a Site Reliability Engineer role. You will support cloud environments, build AI-powered infrastructure, and help drive AI workflows across a containerized, Kubernetes-based platform.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with up to 40% remote work and locations including Gdańsk/Gdynia, Warsaw, Helsinki, Stockholm or Copenhagen. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT operations, strong DevOps experience, and familiarity with Google Cloud, AWS,

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in IT Operations or infrastructure building and monitoring.
Experience with DevOps operating model – support, maintenance, deployment and admin tasks.
Knowledge of Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure operations.
Ability to interpret and troubleshoot application issues using log messages.
Practical knowledge of Linux/Unix.
Understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Git repository management.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Interest in AI platforms, generative AI, and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and delivering 24/7 support to cloud applications and business-critical systems.
Observability, monitoring, alerting, SLOs, incident response, and production readiness practices.
Contribute to AI and prompt engineering, RAG, agents, and AI workflows.
Analyze technical issues to provide relevant guidance and solutions.
Support users of environments and tools to ensure effective usage.
Maintain development, test and production platforms for stability and performance.
Make technical decisions based on platform knowledge to add value.
