Nordea in Poland is seeking an AI Specialist to join Group Technology's SRE-focused team. The role involves building AI-enabled infrastructure, modernizing tech stacks, and operating within a hybrid setup with up to 40% remote work.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud teams to ensure pragmatic, compliant, and production-ready solutions while embracing AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure building and monitoring.
• DevOps operating model experience: support, maintenance, deployment and administrative tasks.
• Experience with Google Cloud, AWS and Azure operations.
• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot application issues using log messages.
• Practical knowledge of Linux/Unix.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible and Git repository management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on delivery approach combining technical expertise with practical guidance.
• Interest in AI platforms, generative AI, and agentic workflows.
