Job summary

Endava, in partnership with WTW, is building dedicated software engineering teams to support AI-enabled engineering platforms for insurers worldwide. You will join the Engineering Enablement team to advance an internal AI Engineering Platform and tooling, focusing on platform capabilities, automation and developer experience.

This role involves ownership of significant platform capabilities, collaborating with engineering managers, architects and multiple teams, and delivering reusable services

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Platform, Cloud, DevOps or Software Engineering.
• Experience building or operating shared engineering platforms or internal developer platforms.
• Strong understanding of platform automation and engineering enablement.
• Experience leading technical work packages across multiple engineering teams.
• Experience translating platform needs into technical designs and reusable standards.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Docker and containerised workloads.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (OpenTofu/Terraform).
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and evolve platform services supporting AI-assisted software engineering.
• Build capabilities that enable software engineering teams to adopt Agentic Engineering practices.
• Support continuous evolution of WTW's internal AI Engineering Platform.
• Improve developer experience through reusable platform capabilities and automation.
• Lead focused technical work packages from design through production readiness.
