Job summary

Awin seeks an exceptional engineering leader to shape the future of how our engineers build, ship, and operate software at scale. As Head of Engineering – Developer Experience & Platform, you will own end-to-end DevEx strategy, drive AI-native engineering practices, modernise our cloud platform, and lead teams enabling Awin's engineers to work at their best.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, define the tooling roadmap, and partner across product, security, and operations to deliver

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering with strong design and coding skills.
• Proven experience leading developer experience, platform engineering, or related teams.
• Familiarity with AI-native development and tooling.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and DX metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive DevEx strategy, roadmap, and budget.
• Lead AI-native development initiatives and tool adoption.
• Standardise cloud platform across AWS and modernise platform tooling.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams across time zones.
