Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking an experienced senior software/AI engineer to lead delivery of complex software and platform engineering projects in Poland. You will design, develop, and maintain solutions, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with Architecture and Development teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.

The role requires deep expertise in C#/Java or Python, CI/CD practices, and experience with Kubernetes and Docker for containerized deployments.

Qualifications

Advanced technical proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
Significant relevant experience in software/platform engineering roles.

Responsibilities

Solves complex and escalated project aspects, coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting.
Provides advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability and value from current solutions and emerging technologies.
Drives consistency to processes, standards, design and technology standards.
