Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an Engineering Lead in Client Technology to drive the delivery of complex software and infrastructure projects. You will understand business needs, shape design and ensure high-quality execution across development teams.

You will apply advanced knowledge of C#/Java or Python, manage CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to AI/ML initiatives such as NLP tasks and agentic systems for autonomous decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced design, development and debugging of software or platforms (business/technical impact).
• Experience with AI/ML tasks is a plus and knowledge of NLP tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of solution or infrastructure development for complex projects.
• Own design, development, delivery and maintenance of solutions or infrastructure.
• Ensure requirements align with business and technical needs.
• Provide technical leadership and drive improvements across teams.
