Job summary

Luxoft Poland seeks an experienced backend developer to work on a monitoring and diagnostics system for investment insights. You will design and deliver production-grade APIs using Python and FastAPI, with strong emphasis on security, versioning, and observability.

The role requires 8+ years in software development, AWS familiarity, and experience with CI/CD pipelines. Frontend exposure (React/TS) is a plus, alongside a drive to own end-to-end SDLC ownership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Python.
• Production API design & delivery (FastAPI preferred), including versioning, documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger).
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred) beyond core compute/storage/DB.
• Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Debugging & problem-solving skills with strong ownership across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop a monitoring and diagnostics system enabling local and remote data access and analytics.
• Contribute to building a solution using generative AI capabilities to generate investment insights for client meetings.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure production-grade code, testing, and observability.
