Job summary

Luxoft is building a cutting-edge solution to generate investment insights using agentic AI, AWS-based infrastructure, and enterprise RAG pipelines. You will lead multi-agent architecture, oversee scalable cloud deployments, and embed IaC into development workflows.

The role requires a strong background in Python/TypeScript, LangGraph/LangChain, and production AWS expertise, with mentoring responsibilities and agile collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (asyncio, FastAPI) and TypeScript (Next.js/React).
• Hands-on experience building complex, stateful agentic workflows using LangGraph or LangChain.
• Proven track record architecting, provisioning, and managing production AWS infrastructure (ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS).
• Experience defining cloud architecture with IaC tools like AWS CDK or Terraform (Python/TypeScript preferred).
• Experience managing relational databases (Aurora) with graph/vector backends (Neptune).
• Power-user with CLI AI interfaces (Claude Code CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI); strong prompt engineering.
• Experience operating in an agile setting, deploying AI/LLM apps in live enterprise environments.
• Strong communication to mentor engineers and resolve technical friction.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of production-grade LLM orchestration and multi-agent systems.
• Oversee development of enterprise RAG pipelines and vector DB integrations.
• Implement observability to monitor latency, API costs, drift, and model accuracy.
• Design and deploy secure, scalable cloud systems on AWS (ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS, Aurora, Neptune).
• Embed Infrastructure-as-Code and deployment pipelines within development workflows.
• Translate strategic goals with business stakeholders into technical plans.
