Job summary

Luxoft Poland is hiring a senior software architect to lead production-grade LLM orchestration and autonomous workflows. You will design and deploy enterprise RAG pipelines, enforce observability, and optimize latency and costs in a scalable AWS-based environment.

The role requires deep expertise in Python, TypeScript, LangGraph/LangChain, and infrastructure-as-code. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with product managers to deliver enterprise AI solutions in a live setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (asyncio, FastAPI) and TypeScript (Next.js/React).
• Hands-on experience building complex, stateful agentic workflows using LangGraph or LangChain.
• Proven track record architecting, provisioning, and managing your own production infrastructure on AWS, specifically utilizing ECS Fargate, Lambda, and SQS.
• Experience defining cloud architecture programmatically using advanced Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like AWS CDK or Terraform (Python/TypeScript preferred).
• Experience managing relational databases (preferably Aurora) alongside graph or vector backends (such as Neptune).
• Power-user fluency with advanced command-line AI interfaces (Claude Code CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI) with a deep understanding of prompt engineering and context window management.
• Experience operating in an agile setting, deploying and maintaining AI/LLM applications in a live, enterprise-scale production environment.
• Accountable for results, with excellent communication skills to mentor engineers and defuse technical friction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of production-grade LLM orchestration and autonomous coding workflows.
• Oversee enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database integrations.
• Implement evaluation and observability frameworks to monitor latency, costs, drift, and model accuracy.
• Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud systems on AWS (ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS, Aurora, Neptune).
• Own end-to-end infrastructure lifecycle with IaC and deployment pipelines in development workflow.
• Translate business goals into technical realities as a liaison between stakeholders and engineering.
