Job summary

Luxoft is building a solution to generate investment insights from sales and research materials using Agentic AI. You will work with business teams and IT peers to design, implement and continuously improve backend services in Python, leveraging FastAPI, AWS, and ML tooling to deliver scalable API-based capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development with Python and maintainable production code.
• Experience designing and delivering production APIs (FastAPI preferred) with OpenAPI docs.
• Cloud experience (AWS) beyond core compute/storage/DB, incl. eventing & logging.
• Proficiency with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and ownership across the SDLC.
• Generative AI/ML experience, building agents, and LLM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams, analysts and architects to understand new requirements.
• Work closely with developers, designers and other IT teams on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop and present recommendations from analysis of current solutions; support design reviews.
• Offer solutions and designs to solve process or program issues and defend recommendations.
• Demonstrate organization and communication skills to produce design docs for varied audiences.
