Job summary

Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company hiring a Senior AI Engineer to shape the agent runtime architecture. You will apply LangChain, LangGraph and related frameworks, ensuring scalable, maintainable runtime foundations for ClaiR and aiR Assist.

The role emphasizes long-session handling, protocol support, and platform capabilities built for multiple engineering teams in a cloud-native environment. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python.
• Experience designing LLM-powered or agentic systems using LangChain/LangGraph.
• Knowledge of tool calling, orchestration, and state management.
• Strong architecture skills and reusable abstractions.
• Experience with cloud-native systems on Azure and CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Shape architecture of Relativity’s agent runtime.
• Adopt LangGraph, LangChain, and Deep Agents with custom adaptations.
• Mature harness capabilities like long-session handling and protocol support.
• Design first-class agent patterns and maintainable runtime abstractions.
• Explore emerging agent architectures within a rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.
