Responsibilities

• Design and ship high-converting websites for startups and high-growth businesses.
• Build design workflows using AI to move from idea to prototype to production quickly.
• Prototype AI-powered features and bring them into client work.
• Create storytelling-driven designs that communicate brand narratives clearly.
• Integrate motion and interaction design with tools like Figma Make, Claude, Cinema4D, three.js.
• Collaborate with senior designers, developers and founders to align with business goals.
• Explore 3D tools and AI-native prototyping environments and stay current with the AI/design landscape.
• Assist with copywriting using AI to refine messaging and reinforce design.
• Attend brainstorming sessions and design critiques, contributing creativity and insight.
