Job summary

Tonik is seeking an independent Product Designer for long-term B2B cooperation. You’ll own the process from problem to clickable, testable outcomes, often delivering in days.

You’ll work remotely with EU time zones and periodically visit Poznań HQ, collaborating with early-stage startups and AI-driven projects. You’ll lead end-to-end design, run workshops for clients, and defend ideas with data, while staying hands-on with prototyping, UI craft, and AI workflows.
