Job summary

RTB House is seeking a skilled Product Designer to own end-to-end UI work across desktop-first panels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive interfaces, contribute to a growing Design System in Figma, and apply qualitative and quantitative insights to shape product decisions.

The role emphasizes independent ownership, strong problem-solving, and a proactive stance on integrating AI tools to streamline design tasks.

Qualifications

4+ years of design experience, with at least 2 years in a product team.
Strong analytical skills with ability to break down complex problems.
Experience with qualitative/quantitative data and analytics; AI in design is a plus.
Proven UX research experience: usability tests, interviews, surveys.
Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals to communicate with frontend developers.
Independent work style with ownership and strong organization.
Attention to visual consistency and aesthetics; proficiency with AI tools in workflow.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end features for RTB House panels (desktop-first) from discovery to QA.
Implement product improvements based on audits, data analysis, and usability research.
Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and designers through refinements and handoffs.
Expand and utilize the Design System in Figma with components and tokens.
Conduct UX research including interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
Leverage AI tools to optimize daily design workflows.
Design under technical, business, and real-world constraints.
