Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior UI/UX or product design experience.
• Portfolio showing UI/UX work across web experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma with interactive prototyping.
• Strong UI/UX fundamentals, usability, and accessibility basics.
• Solid visual design with strong grids, spacing, typography.
• Experience collaborating with developers/technical teams.
• Ability to take concepts through to polished digital experiences.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal English; confident presenting.
• Able to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Translate briefs into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Build interactive prototypes communicating behavior.
• Apply grid systems, spacing, and layout discipline across deliverables.
• Use AI tools to speed up exploration and prototyping.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure faithful implementation.
• Present, explain, and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
• Organise design work for smooth project progress.
