10x.team is seeking a senior graphic designer for remote, EU/UK-based projects. You’ll review AI-generated design outputs, refine visuals, and craft realistic scenarios grounded in real-world practice.

Join a flexible freelance program (8–20 hours/week). You’ll provide structured feedback, help AI systems understand design reasoning, and collaborate with AI labs on evolving creative standards.

Qualifications

• Senior-level graphic designer with EU/UK experience.
• Experience advising on, preparing, and executing design projects across media.
• Skilled at evaluating design concepts and ensuring specifications compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to graphic design, visual communication, project briefs, and practical aspects of design work
• Evaluate AI responses for creative quality, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
• Draft realistic design scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (designer, client, creative director, or stakeholder)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated creative content
