Tonik is a fast-moving digital design studio helping early-stage startups turn ideas into live products and AI-enabled experiences. We hire people who build, not only design, and value initiative over process.

We’re hiring a Product Designer who can drive 0→1, own the process from brief to clickable prototype, run client workshops, defend concepts with data, and mentor a small design team in a high-performance, drama-free culture. Remote with Poznań HQ and occasional travel to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience turning briefs into clickable prototypes
• Ability to run workshops with clients and translate feedback into designs
• Comfort collaborating with developers and product teams

Responsibilities

• Design products end-to-end: business, UX, UI and working prototypes
• Lead client workshops and be the design contact for clients
• Present and defend ideas with data
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs
