Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own client engagements end-to-end, from opportunity qualification to delivery execution and value realization. You will be the main link between Sales, Delivery, Solutions, and client leadership, translating commitments into high-quality delivery and long-term partnerships.

This senior role combines commercial ownership, executive client engagement, and hands-on governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT services, consulting or digital delivery with hands-on tech background.
• Experience with AI in delivery and SDLC governance.
• Full ownership of mid-to-large engagements (40-50+ FTE, $5M+).
• Proven leadership in client engagement and pre-sales.
• Experience with MSAs, SOWs and fixed-price/outcome-based models.
• Direct engagement with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end from qualification to delivery and P&L.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and lead governance.
• Lead presales and respond to RFP/RFI with Sales and Solution Architects.
• Oversee transition from deal to delivery with SOWs and plans.
• Scale delivery leadership from one team to a group of managers.
• Establish data-driven governance with KPIs and risk management.
• Drive AI adoption to improve SDLC and client narratives.
• Ensure architecture governance aligns with requirements and quality.
