Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Customer Support Manager to lead the customer support activities for defence customers within the Aerospace Technologies portfolio. You will oversee end-to-end support from proposals to obsolescence management, driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence and business growth globally.

You will report to the Customer & Product Support Director within the Defense and Space International team, shaping strategies, metrics and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer support management in aerospace.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the customer support team within the Aerospace Technologies unit to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Develop strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures in aerospace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience in aerospace.
• Analyze customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement actions.
• Manage and optimize customer support resources to meet business objectives.
