Competenze

• 10-12 years of government relations or policy advocacy, preferably in aerospace/defense/advanced tech.
• Deep understanding of German political institutions and legislative processes; knowledge of Czech/Polish markets is a plus.
• Proven expertise in policy development, contracts, and budgets for Defense/Transport/Research Ministries.
• Experience engaging with German authorities; ability to shape responses to legislative developments for aerospace.
• Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive government relations strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Develop and execute Honeywell Aerospace’s German government relations strategy.
• Support development of Czech and Polish government relations strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with ministries, parliament, regulators, and stakeholders in Germany and CEE.
• Advocate for policies supporting manufacturing, aviation safety, defense capability, workforce skills, and supply-chain resilience.
• Monitor German policy developments; respond to regulatory changes; coordinate with Czechia and Poland teams.
• Coordinate engagement with EU institutions and NATO; align with regional policy priorities.
• Advise business leaders on government affairs risks, opportunities, and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent Honeywell Aerospace in industry forums and coalitions.
• Drive partnerships with domestic contractors on government initiatives; enhance brand recognition.
