Samsung in Warsaw is seeking a seasoned accounting specialist for a temporary replacement. You will verify and approve documents, support payment analyses, and perform daily accounting tasks in a structured finance environment.

You will drive month-end closings, audits, SOP updates, and KPI improvements, while maintaining high accuracy and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes teamwork and proactive ownership in a dynamic setting.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.

Responsabilidades

• Verifying and approving accounting documents within the company’s financial system.
• Assisting in preparation of analyses for payment execution.
• Executing daily accounting activities independently and on time, in line with policies.
• Providing daily guidance on financial regulations and internal procedures.
• Participating in month-end closing.
• Supporting internal and external audit processes.
• Preparing and updating SOPs and process documentation.
• Contributing to KPIs in the accounting department.
• Preparing ad-hoc reports as requested by supervisor.
