Job summary

Mieleglobalservices in Poznań seeks an experienced CEE Accounting Specialist to coordinate month-end and year-end closing across the region, ensuring timely accounting data, reporting packages and reconciliations while coordinating with SSC Poznań, local finance teams and external providers.

You will drive improvements, support statutory audits and tax compliance, and collaborate on regional finance projects.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in accounting, finance operations, SSC, or audit environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and closing across multiple entities.
• Experience in multinational or shared service environments.
• Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems used in international organizations.
• Fluent English and strong cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing across CEE markets.
• Ensure timely accounting data, reporting packages and reconciliations.
• Liaise with SSC Poznań, local finance teams and external providers.
• Support statutory audits, tax and transfer pricing requirements.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to regional finance projects.
