Job summary

Getinge Shared Service Poland is seeking an experienced finance professional to support accounts payable processes in Kraków. You will process employee claims in Concur, reconcile AP balances, and participate in month-end activities while ensuring compliance with Polish regulations and high-quality service levels.

The role requires strong Excel skills, SAP knowledge, and excellent English, with a focus on timely delivery and process improvements within the Procure-to-Pay area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Finance area within AP.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Good Excel knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-year experience in the Finance area within AP Department preferably in accordance to Polish regulations
• Strong interpersonaland communication skills and the ability to work in the team
• Very good Customer Service skills
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Very good knowledge of English language (written and oral)
• SAP knowledge
