Job summary

Getinge Shared Service Poland in Krakow is seeking an Accountant PtP with English for a part-time, 15-month assignment. You will process supplier invoices, run AP aging and GR/IR reports, and support PtP MEC activities with a focus on accuracy and SLA compliance.

We require 2+ years in SSC PtP, strong Excel and English, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team. SAP knowledge is a plus; you will work with APAC and other departments to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in SSC PtP accounting (min. 2 years)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of Excel and SAP would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices and credit memos (PO and non-PO)
• Preparing and analyzing internal controls (AP Aging, GR/IR)
• PtP MEC activities – AP accrual
• Deliver high-quality accounting services within SLA
• Identify and drive process improvements in PtP processes
• Coordinate daily with Local Business in APAC and other departments regarding processes

Main responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices / credit memos (PO and no-PO)
• Preparing and analyzing internal controls (AP Aging, GR/IR report)
• PtP MEC activities – AP accrual
• Secure high quality and professional day to day accounting service within agreed SLA
• Identify potential process improvements within PTP area
• Daily contact with Local Business in APAC Region and other departments regarding processes

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting in SSC (min. 2 years), preferably in PtP area
• Strong interpersonaland communication skills and the ability to work in the team,
• Very good Customer Service skills and strong customer driven focus,
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to details
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and toward deadlines
• Very good knowledge of English (written and oral)
• Good working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
