Senior Accountant — Polish Entity with International Scope

Job summary

Flowable is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the Polish entity’s accounting and later extend oversight to other group companies within our international finance operations. You will coordinate with external providers to ensure consistency and accuracy across Workday and local systems.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a similar finance position, strong English (B2), and solid knowledge of financial accounting with the potential to grow within a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related area.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Good communication skills and English proficiency (B2).
• Experience with financial accounting concepts; Swiss GAAP FER is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own daily and periodic accounting of the Polish entity.
• Coordinate with external accounting providers for consistency across systems.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Polish entity.
• Own all tax-related matters for the Polish entity.
• Prepare and issue intercompany invoices within the group according to transfer pricing policies.
• Support other international group companies in accounting operations.
