Senior Accountant: Full-Cycle, Multi-Currency (EU) - On-site

Zusammenfassung

WLG is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full-cycle Polish accounting for a sp. z o.o., including books, payroll, VAT, and financial statements.

You will report to international ownership with close contact to the Group CFO, and collaborate on projects across Europe in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You will handle multi-currency transactions, ensure compliance with Polish accounting standards, and prepare management packs in English for monthly owners calls.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6+ years of hands-on Polish accounting.
• 2+ years running full-cycle books for a sp. z o.o.
• Fluent Polish; English at B2+ for management.
• Confident with Polish VAT (JPK_V7, MPP), ZUS/payroll and CIT.
• Experience with multi-currency bank accounts and EUR revenue vs PLN costs.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP system proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Keep full books of a Polish sp. z o.o. under the Accounting Act, audit-ready with traceable postings.
• Track costs per exhibition project and calculate margins.
• Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditor and tax office.
• Run payroll end-to-end for various contract types and reconcile social taxes.
• File VAT returns, CIT advances, and manage intra-EU transactions for EUR invoicing.
• Reconcile PLN, EUR and VAT accounts and oversee payments and vendor onboarding.
