• Wdrażanie usprawnień procesów księgowych zgodnie z przepisami.

Its products support natural-sounding speech generation, multilingual content creation and conversational AI.We are looking for an experienced Accountant to take end-to-end ownership of accounting processes for the Polish entity, while also supporting international accounting operations and collaborating with global teams.Key responsibilities* Take full ownership of accounting for the Polish entity, ensuring compliance with the Polish Accounting Act and internal policies, including adjustments between US GAAP and Polish statutory requirements.* Support international accounting operations and collaborate with global teams on accounting processes and reporting.* Work with an external partner to implement the Polish NetSuite module, validate its functionality and identify issues and improvements.* Record and verify financial documents, reconcile account balances and maintain the fixed asset register.* Prepare and review VAT registers, tax returns and mandatory reports, including JPK\\_V7 and CIT.* Manage month-end and year-end closing, prepare financial statements and liaise with auditors and relevant authorities.* Establish and improve accounting processes, implementing changes required by accounting and tax regulations.Ideal candidate profile* Extensive accounting expertise and experience independently managing a company’s full accounting cycle.* Strong practical knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations.* Experience designing and establishing accounting processes from scratch.* Experience working with international teams.* Fluent Polish and English.* A high level of independence, accountability and commitment.* A proactive, open-minded approach and willingness to propose improvements.Nice to have* hands-on experience with US GAAP* hands-on experience with NetSuiteConditions* A Regular Employment or B2B cooperation.* Competitive compensation aligned with your experience and expectations.* Remote or hybrid work - you choose.* A benefits package depending on the type of contract.* The opportunity to shape accounting processes for Polish entity.Recruitment steps* Initial call with a recruiter (up to 30 minutes).* Interviews with the Client.* Final decision and feedback.
