Job summary

NACBA is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance Department, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and timely completion of financial processes across multiple jurisdictions. You will maintain high-quality records and support monthly and annual reporting cycles, while driving process improvements.

We value IFRS/GAAP proficiency, D365 and advanced Excel skills, strong analytical ability, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

Qualified Chartered/Certified Accountant with relevant professional credential.
Minimum 2 years in a finance role with IFRS/GAAP knowledge.
Experience with ERP systems (D365) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Maintain records of financial transactions within the ERP system.
Prepare and execute payment runs across multiple jurisdictions.
Perform detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (banks, customers, vendors, accruals, GL).
Process payroll documentation and prepare payroll reports across applicable jurisdictions.
Support month-end closing and the preparation of management accounts.
Assist in preparing VAT/tax returns and other statutory reports.
Assist in coordinating statutory and tax audits, including schedule preparation.
Collaborate with finance team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Provide guidance and mentoring to other accountants.
