Job summary

Nmierp is seeking a Chief Accountant to lead our accounting function and supervise the accounting team. You will manage bookkeeping for the company and client companies, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with VAT, CIT, and labor laws.

You will oversee records, cash flow, and reporting, coordinate the team, and collaborate with operations on budgeting. You will also support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations in the finance area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, CIT and labor law.
• Experience preparing financial statements and reports for external institutions.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive bookkeeping for the company and client companies.
• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and external reports.
• Oversee accounting records and document flow.
• Monitor AR/AP, payments, and management reporting.
• Coordinate the accounting team and support professional development.
• Collaborate with operations and project departments on budgeting.
