Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a skilled technical support engineer to join our team in Warsaw. You will provide 3rd level support for production software applications, document cases, and assist with cloud-related infrastructure topics.

The role includes training customers, supporting installations, and contributing to product documentation and testing. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in technical support, strong English skills, and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure.

Qualifications

• Higher level training in electrical engineering or IT with 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of installing/maintaining software for production processes.
• Root cause analysis and problem solving techniques.
• Experience in technical support engineering or similar.
• Good English skills (spoken and written).
• Technical experience (TCP/IP network, Database, Web Services) in large distributed client-server systems.
• Experience deploying, securing and operating container-based systems (Docker/Kubernetes) on private/public clouds (Azure).
• Understanding of large-scale distributed systems and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical 3rd level support for assigned applications.
